Registering healthy performance in the Indian spirits markets, The Glenwalk, Cartel Bros’ flagship Scotch whisky brand, closed the financial year 2025 (FY25) with an impressive 1.4 million bottles sold. The brand is eyeing to more than triple its volume to 4.2 million bottles in the coming year within India, travel retail and overseas market.
Driven by its expansion strategy, The Glenwalk is now available in over 75 cities across 15 Indian states, including key markets like Maharashtra, Goa, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Daman, Chennai, as per the official statement.
“In just 12 months, we have scaled to over 75 cities, entered new states, and broken into global markets, all while staying true to our commitment of offering a premium whisky experience at accessible price points. Hitting 1.4 million bottles in FY25 is just the beginning. We are aiming for three million bottles this year, and the roadmap is clear,” highlighted Mokksh Sani, Founder of Living Liquidz, Mansionz, and Co-founder of Cartel Bros.
The brand stated that one of the key drivers for this momentum has been the introduction of the 200 ml bottle in December 2024. In just a few months, The Glenwalk sold 9,00,000 bottles in Maharashtra alone, expanding its presence to 1,400 wine stores and 4,000 bars, with plans to be listed in 3,000 more permit rooms in the coming months. ‘
Looking ahead, The Glenwalk aims to strengthen its position in the premium whisky space through deeper market penetration, innovation in product formats and continued international expansion.
