Partners NSE-listed Yudiz Solutions to expand beyond cricket after 115 per cent FY26 revenue growth
Bengaluru-based sports-tech startup MetaShot has partnered with NSE-listed Yudiz Solutions to launch a smart pickleball game on its motion-gaming console, marking the company’s entry into new sports categories beyond cricket.
The title, slated for launch in the US in Q3 FY26 and later in India, is being positioned as the world’s first smart pickleball gaming experience built around motion-based gameplay.
The partnership is also the first time MetaShot has opened its proprietary gaming platform and SDKs to an external studio, signalling a shift from a single-title gaming company to a broader platform-led model.
The development comes as MetaShot reported 115 per cent year-on-year revenue growth in FY26, driven by rising traction for its cricket gaming platform, which has crossed 5 million completed matches.
“Partnering with MetaShot to build the world’s first smart pickleball experience is an exciting opportunity for us as a gaming studio,” said Chirag Leuva, CEO of Yudiz Solutions.
“What stood out immediately was the strength of the platform and how quickly we were able to bring a completely new motion-based sports experience to life on it,” he added.
Prince Thomas, CEO of MetaShot, said the collaboration validates the scalability of the company’s gaming ecosystem.
“Over the last few years, we’ve built and validated the platform through cricket, and this partnership is the first real example of how third-party studios can create entirely new experiences on top of our motion gaming ecosystem,” Thomas said.
The launch comes amid rapid growth in pickleball globally and in India. Industry estimates suggest the sport has more than 50 million players worldwide, while India has seen a sharp rise in participation and court expansion over the last three years.
MetaShot said it plans to partner with more external developers and studios as it expands its motion-gaming ecosystem into additional sports and interactive formats.
