Café Delhi Heights Turns 14, Eyes Rs 500 Cr By 2028

With 46 outlets in 16 cities, the homegrown café chain unveils ambitious expansion plans, new ventures, and a goal to double its presence by 2028

Café Delhi Heights, the Indian café chain known for its comfort-first cuisine and hospitality, has completed 14 successful years in the casual dining space. As the brand reflects on its journey from a single café in Delhi to a 46-outlet strong national presence, it has also announced an ambitious growth roadmap — aiming to scale up to 120 outlets and achieve Rs 500 crore in revenue by 2028.

Founded in 2011, Café Delhi Heights has become a household name with its menu, laid-back vibe, and commitment to creating warm, memorable experiences. With a footprint spanning 16 cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Dehradun, and Amritsar, the chain now plans to expand into Tier 2 markets such as Meerut and Jaipur, reaching the 50-outlet milestone by the end of the current fiscal year.

“As we commemorate 14 years of Café Delhi Heights, we reflect on a journey driven by passion, people, and purpose,” said Vikrant Batra, Founder of Café Delhi Heights. “The next chapter is about reaching new cities and communities while keeping our spirit intact.”

Next Phase With New Ventures
In its next phase of growth, the brand is also diversifying its portfolio with several new ventures which include Sarava, a coastal cuisine concept inspired by India’s rich shoreline flavours, Ikigai, Iki & Gai, a Japanese-inspired experiential space based on the philosophy of purposeful living, JLB (Juicy Lucy Burgers) a fast-casual format centred around gourmet burgers and comfort bites and Comfort Bakehouse a delivery-based bakery offering signature ready-to-eat delights

These innovative formats aim to keep pace with evolving customer preferences while preserving the brand’s core DNA of warmth and quality.

Café Delhi Heights’ strategy centres on thoughtful expansion, strong operational consistency, and a sustained focus on guest experience. Its vision to double its outlet count and cross the Rs 500 crore revenue mark reflects the brand’s growing ambition — not just as a café chain, but as a hospitality pioneer that continues to resonate with urban and emerging markets alike.
