Global quick service restaurant (QSR) brand KFC has opened a new dine-in and delivery outlet at Paras Florett, the premium low-rise residential and retail development by Paras Buildtech in Gurugram. The outlet, operated by Devyani International, spans nearly 5,000 square feet across the ground and first floors.
The Brand said that Paras Florett is ideally located along Gurugram’s luxury corridor and attracts a mix of residents and businesses. It provides a total of 18,000 square feet of leasable space with visibility on golf course extension road.
With the addition of KFC, Paras Florett further strengthens its curated convenience retail ecosystem. The development already houses Subway, which marked its landmark 1,000th store in India here in January 2026.
Paras Buildtech’s spokesperson said that as occupancy builds up, organised neighbourhood retail will play an increasingly important role in enhancing everyday living for residents.
