Ranveer Singh Makes Premium Vodka Debut With Rangeela

RANGEELA Vodka Marks Ranveer Singh’s Spirits Debut

Singh teams with ABD Maestro to launch Rangeela, a triple-distilled Indian vodka debuting in Maharashtra amid rising premiumisation and cocktail culture

Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has entered the alco-bev business with the introduction of Rangeela Contemporary Indian Vodka, developed in partnership with ABD Maestro, the super-premium spirits arm of Allied Blenders and Distillers (ABD). The brand marks Singh’s first entrepreneurial move in India’s fast-premiumising vodka market.

Rangeela has debuted in Maharashtra with a price tag of Rs 2,400 for a 750ml bottle, with rollouts in Goa, West Bengal and northern states expected soon. The vodka, triple-distilled and platinum chill-filtered, is positioned for consumers seeking smoother, higher-quality offerings as the category expands rapidly among young drinkers and cocktail enthusiasts.

Singh, who serves as Co-Founder and Creative Partner, ABD Maestro, said the brand aims to mirror India’s bold visual and emotional energy. “With Rangeela Vodka, we are bringing something that celebrates the spirit of all of us. The universe of the brand is colourful, energetic and vibrant… It’s for the ones who live life to the fullest and are unafraid to be seen, heard, and celebrated.”

Bikram Basu, managing director of ABD Maestro, also underscored the focus on craftsmanship and packaging, positioning Rangeela as a disruptive new entrant.

The company is promoting the vodka as suitable for both straight pours and cocktails, complete with Bollywood-tinted names for classics, from the Cosmopolitan-inspired “Bandra Barbie” to the Espresso Martini-styled “Latte Lag Gai.”

ABD Maestro already houses premium labels such as Arthaus Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, Zoya Gin and Woodburns Contemporary Indian Malt Whisky, and also imports Russian Standard Vodka in collaboration with Roust Corporation.
