The first-of-its-kind menu blends premium coffee with creative non-alcoholic mixology, redefining India’s café-bar culture
Starbucks Reserve® in India has introduced an exclusive Zero Proof Cocktails menu at its Mumbai outlet, marking a significant evolution in the country’s coffee culture. The offering brings together the craftsmanship of premium Starbucks Reserve® coffee with the creativity of non-alcoholic mixology, positioning the brand at the forefront of India’s growing café-bar hybrid trend.
The menu features four signature spirit-free serves. The Espresso Martini delivers a Starbucks twist on the classic with Reserve® Espresso, cherry vanilla syrup, and orange zest. The Reserve Nitro Cold Brew Ale mimics the smooth body of a stout with Nitro Cold Brew. Gin Coco Botanica blends coconut water, citrus, and gin-flavoured syrup for a tropical refresh, while Jamaican Rum Stardust offers spiced and citrus notes with rum-inspired flavours, jaggery, and calamansi.
According to Sushant Dash, CEO, Tata Starbucks, the launch reflects shifting consumer preferences toward lighter, mindful, and elevated choices. “With Zero Proof Coffee Cocktails, we are introducing a new way to experience Starbucks Reserve®—an experience that is immersive, intentional, and flavour-forward,” he said.
By combining coffee artistry with cocktail innovation, Starbucks Reserve® is reimagining its outlets as versatile social spaces, catering to evolving lifestyles where coffee is not just a daily ritual but part of a more dynamic, elevated social experience.
