Tata Starbucks Unveils New Coffee Innovations, Pumpkin Spice Favourites

From the new Aerocano and Chocolate Kunafa Frappuccino to the return of Pumpkin Spice Latte, Tata Starbucks rolls out its latest seasonal menu across India from 1 September

Tata Starbucks has unveiled a new beverage and food lineup for the autumn season, combining new coffee formats, globally inspired flavours and the return of its popular Pumpkin Spice Latte.

The new menu, available across India from 1 September, includes the new Starbucks Aerocano, Chocolate Kunafa Frappuccino and a range of Pumpkin Spice beverages and food offerings.

Mitali Maheshwari, Head of Product and Marketing, Tata Starbucks, said the company’s approach to innovation goes beyond introducing new flavours and formats, focusing instead on creating new ways for consumers to engage with the Starbucks coffee experience.

“We closely look at what consumers are seeking and evolving trends to inspire our innovation, bringing global favourites like Kunafa and returning autumn favourites like the Pumpkin Spice Latte to the forefront while creating experiences that feel relevant to them,” Maheshwari said.

New Coffee Experiences
The new Starbucks Aerocano offers a textured take on the classic Americano. Freshly pulled espresso is transformed using a barista air-whipped technique to create a fine microfoam, resulting in a layered iced coffee experience.

The Aerocano is also available in a Yuzu variant, combining the coffee format with a bright citrus flavour.

The Chocolate Kunafa Frappuccino draws inspiration from the growing global popularity of kunafa, bringing together chocolate and kunafa-inspired flavours in a blended, indulgent beverage.

Pumpkin Spice Returns
Tata Starbucks has brought back its Pumpkin Spice Latte, combining signature espresso with steamed milk, pumpkin and traditional autumn spices. The beverage is topped with whipped cream and cinnamon powder.

The seasonal range also includes the Reserve Pumpkin Spice Latte, made with Starbucks Reserve Microblend No. 21, a medium-roast coffee with notes of candied citrus and dark chocolate.

For consumers looking for a non-alcoholic cocktail-inspired option, the Zero Proof Pumpkin Spice Martini combines espresso, creamy vanilla and pumpkin spice in a Martini-inspired serve.

The Pumpkin Spice flavour profile is also available through the Pumpkin Spice Creme Cold Brew and Pumpkin Spice Nitro Cold Brew, featuring slow-steeped coffee topped with pumpkin spice cream cold foam.

New Food Offerings
The seasonal launch extends to Tata Starbucks’ food menu with the Pumpkin Spiced Pastry.

The new savoury additions include Spinach & Feta Egg Bites, served with labneh, and a Chicken Pepperoni Sandwich featuring chicken pepperoni, vegetables and bread topped with flax and sesame seeds.

The latest menu reflects the coffee chain’s strategy of combining established seasonal favourites with new formats and international flavour trends to create fresh consumption occasions for Indian customers.
