Investment to drive manufacturing expansion, farmer programs, and international growth
Two Brothers Organic Farms, a leading Indian organic food company specializing in regenerative agriculture, has raised Rs 110 crore in a Series B funding round led by 360 ONE Asset, with participation from Rainmatter Investments, Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office, and Ignite Growth.
Founded by fourth-generation farmers Ajinkya and Satyajit Hange, the company has established a presence in more than 50 countries and offers over 100 products, including A2 Cultured Ghee, Khapli Atta, and cold-pressed oils. Over the past three years, Two Brothers Organic Farms has grown more than eightfold and crossed an annual recurring revenue of Rs 200 crore while maintaining healthy unit economics.
The newly raised funds will be used to expand manufacturing facilities, enhance technology infrastructure, scale operations in India and overseas, and strengthen farmer engagement programs. The company plans to deepen its market presence in the United States and Mena region, while increasing its footprint in India’s tier 1 and 2 cities.
Satyajit Hange, Co-Founder, said the funding would allow the company to “conscious capital will help us to not only scale our manufacturing processes but also penetrate international markets” while staying true to its focus on regenerative agriculture.

Two Brothers Organic Farms aims to achieve Rs 1,000 crore in annual revenue in the next few years and work with 50,000 farmers across India. The company expects growth to be driven by increasing global demand for clean-label and traceable food products.
As per the company statement, Investors said that Two Brothers Organic Farms’ combination of business potential and sustainability. Sumit Jain, Senior Fund Manager at 360 One Asset, noted that the company’s focus on regenerative agriculture and transparent food systems makes it a standout in the organic sector. Dinesh Pai of Rainmatter Investments emphasised the company’s ability to transform the food ecosystem in India.
This Series B funding follows a Series A round of Rs 58.25 crore and positions Two Brothers Organic Farms for rapid expansion in manufacturing, technology, and international markets.
