Pune’s first luxury lifestyle destination, Kopa will open its doors to consumers on Saturday.
Brought to Pune by Lake Shore – a pan-India investor, developer and operator of large-scale shopping centres – Kopa promises a community lifestyle experience that is unmatched by any mall in Pune.
Kopa is a boutique social destination that has been reimagined in Koregaon Park. This retail experience comprises shops, restaurants and a high-end cinema spread over 3 levels.
According to the media release, Kopa will enhance Pune’s rich food and beverage culture while becoming a hub for students, nearby office-goers, and families alike.
A luxury experience spread out over 3.25 lakh square feet, Kopa will host a curated collection of around over 100 brands. The mall’s tenant mix and store locations have been carefully thought through to create a degree of exclusivity and synergy for the resident brands, it said.
Some of the marquee luxury brands occupying anchor spaces in Kopa are Michael Kors West Elm, White Crow, Victoria’s Secret, Nappa Dori, Hugo Boss, Brooks Brothers and Tumi, all of which are now accessible to Pune consumers for the very first time. Other marquee brands making their debut in Pune are Nicobar, Michael Kors, Armani Exchange and Jaipur Watch Company.
Ashwin Puri, MD and CEO of Lake Shore said, “We purchased this asset in 2019 with the aim of totally re-imagining what it could be and the intention to deliver an unparalleled shopping and dining experience for the Pune market. Now that it is finished, we are confident that we have created a space that will enrich the urban experience for the entire community.”
The mall hosts more than 30 F&B brands as a part of its tastefully designed dining district and ‘Village’ – a bespoke outdoor bar & restaurant district that will house seven restaurants along with two rooftop lounges.
