The B2B marketplace reports steady growth in the June quarter as higher customer collections, improved supplier monetisation and AI-led platform enhancements support its performance
Indiamart Intermesh reported an 11 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue from operations to Rs 414 crore for the first quarter ended 30 June 2026, driven by higher customer collections, improved monetisation of paying suppliers and steady demand across its online business-to-business (B2B) marketplace.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 172 crore for the quarter, up 12 per cent from the corresponding period last year. Cash generated from operations stood at Rs 163 crore, while cash and investments increased to Rs 3,553 crore as of 30 June 2026.
Consolidated revenue from operations rose from Rs 372 crore in the year-ago quarter to Rs 414 crore. The growth was led by standalone revenue of Rs 376 crore, up 9 per cent year-on-year, along with Rs 36 crore in revenue from subsidiary Busy Infotech. Customer collections grew 8 per cent to Rs 463 crore during the quarter, comprising standalone collections of Rs 402 crore and Busy Infotech collections of Rs 59 crore.
Deferred revenue increased 16 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,014 crore as of 30 June 2026, reflecting the company’s expanding base of subscription revenues. Of the total, standalone deferred revenue stood at Rs 1,858 crore, while Busy Infotech contributed Rs 146 crore.
On a standalone basis, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) rose 11 per cent year-on-year to Rs 149 crore, with the Ebitda margin remaining at 40 per cent. Standalone net profit stood at Rs 176 crore. The company said standalone revenue growth was primarily driven by improved realisation from paying suppliers.
Marketplace Activity Remains Steady
During the quarter, Indiamart recorded 26 million unique business enquiries across its platform. Supplier storefronts increased 5 per cent year-on-year to 8.8 million, while the number of paying suppliers stood at 218,000 at the end of the quarter.

With a robust business model and strong cash generation, we remain confident in our ability to create long-term value for all our stakeholders,” Agarwal added.
The company’s consolidated Ebitda stood at Rs 146 crore during the quarter, representing a margin of 35 per cent. Total consolidated income increased 12 per cent year-on-year to Rs 521 crore.
