Corporate travellers can now order meals from 2.6 lakh restaurants and settle bills seamlessly via myBiz wallet
myBiz, MakeMyTrip’s SaaS-led corporate travel platform, has teamed up with Swiggy to streamline how business travellers manage their meal expenses. The collaboration aims to ease one of the most frequent pain points for companies and employees on the move, the company said on Tuesday.
MakeMyTrip noted that meals make up more than 11 per cent of India’s corporate travel spending. Under the new arrangement, employees can place orders via ‘Swiggy for Work’ on the Swiggy app and settle payments directly through the myBiz corporate wallet. The feature extends to Swiggy’s vast food network, giving corporate users access to over 2.6 lakh restaurants across 720-plus cities, along with dining options at more than 40,000 Swiggy Dineout partners in 50 cities.
A key element of the integration is Swiggy’s ‘Bill to Company’ function, which removes the need for employees to spend out of pocket or upload individual meal receipts. All transactions flow automatically into a company’s expense management system. Workers simply complete a one-time verification using their corporate ID to begin.

Swiggy Food Marketplace CEO Rohit Kapoor added that business travellers will gain the flexibility to order food wherever they are or dine at preferred restaurants, with expenses settled instantly via their myBiz wallet. “Once authenticated, the flow is like any other Swiggy transaction, with a simple toggle to Corporate Mode before checkout. It’s a simple idea, but one that can save time, reduce hassle, and make work travel smoother,” he said.
