Black Friday Success: Snitch Sells Over 5 Lakh Units In 3 Days

This performance translates to 116 units every minute, nearly two units every second

Snitch, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) menswear brand, has sold over 5,00,000 units in three days as part of the Black Friday event, with almost the entire inventory being cleared across its app, website and offline stores.

This performance translates to 116 units every minute, nearly two units every second, highlighting the brand’s growing popularity among young Indian shoppers. Notably, 90 per cent of all sales came directly through Snitch’s own channels, as per the official statement.

“The fact that 90 per cent of our sales came from our own channels shows the trust customers place in us. I’m incredibly proud of our team for responding with calm, ownership and speed even when things got tough. This milestone is just the beginning. The power of a real D2C brand is only growing from here,” stated Siddharth Dungarwal, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Snitch.

The Black Friday numbers are also a major leap forward for Snitch, marking a twofold growth over its birthday Sale and a fourfold growth over last year’s Black Friday performance. Snitch also maintained a CSAT score of over 70 per cent during the high-volume sale period, ensuring customer experience remained intact even during peak demand.
