Cantabil Retail India, an integrated retail player has posted standalone net profit of Rs 45.1 crore in the third quarter of the current financial year, a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 31 per cent. The company had reported net profit of Rs 34.38 crore in Q3FY25.
The financial results of the company revealed that the revenue from operations also rose to Rs 264.43 crore in the recently concluded quarter from Rs 222.58 crore in the same period a year ago. The company’s total income grew to Rs 266.65 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 224.63 crore in Q3FY25.
The total expenses of the company also rose to Rs 206.66 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 179.44 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. The company’ total income in the nine months of the current fiscal year rose to Rs 605.18 crore from Rs 506.28 crore in 9MFY25.
“The recent GST rate rationalisation has provided a meaningful boost to consumer sentiment and affordability, further supporting demand across our portfolio. With 646 stores covering 8.82 lakh square feet of retail space, we continue to expand our footprint while deepening customer engagement through differentiated offerings and strong brand equity,” stated Vijay Bansal, Chairman and Managing Director of Cantabil Retail India.
The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (Ebidta) for Q3FY26 grew by 31 per cent to Rs 95.2 crore as compared to Rs 72.5 crore in Q3FY25. Ebidta margin for Q3FY26 improved to 36 per cent as compared to 32.6 per cent in Q3FY25.
Net profit for 9MFY26 grew by 27 per cent to Rs 66.5 crore as compared to Rs 52.3 crore in 9MFY25. Pat margin for 9MFY26 improved to 11.1 per cent as compared to 10.4 per cent in 9MFY25.
