The Apex Brands-owned label is selling seven hand and body wash products through its website and Amazon India, with refills and baby care part of its wider portfolio in New Zealand
New Zealand beauty brand Only Good has entered India with seven hand and body wash products, using online channels to establish its initial presence through Kiwiyāna, the authorised distributor of its maker, Apex Brands.
The products are available on the brand’s direct-to-consumer website and Amazon India, with delivery across the country. The company has not disclosed its India investment, sales targets or plans for offline distribution.
The initial range comprises four variants including, Coconut Milk, Sage & Lime Zest, Peach & Honeysuckle, and Cedarwood & Juniper. The products are certified natural by Biorius, according to the company. Only Good’s wider portfolio in New Zealand includes refill products and baby care, but the company has not specified a timeline for introducing these categories in India.
The India entry comes as New Zealand businesses look to expand their consumer product offerings in the country. “With the India New Zealand free trade agreement now in force, I am glad to see New Zealand brands reaching Indian homes across more categories, including personal care. Trade between our two countries has already doubled since 2023, and expanding into consumer goods is a natural next step as commercial momentum builds,” Graham Rouse, Trade Commissioner and Consul General for India and South Asia at New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, said.
The brand’s packaging uses recycled and sugarcane-based high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with artwork printed directly on the bottles rather than on separate plastic labels. Only Good also holds a FernMark licence, the New Zealand Government’s mark of origin for eligible products.
Kiwiyāna Imports is the India importer and authorised distributor and marketer for Only Good.
