Fashion jewellery brand celebrates milestone expansion after record Q1 growth
Gargi by P N Gadgil & Sons, one of India’s fastest-growing fashion jewellery companies, has opened its 100th store, marking a major milestone in its three-year journey. The company added two new outlets this month in Patna and Kurla (Mumbai), strengthening its nationwide footprint.
Strong Financial Performance
The achievement comes on the back of a robust financial quarter. Gargi reported a 20.4 per cent rise in revenue to Rs 27.31 crore and a 29.3 per cent jump in net profit to Rs 5.31 crore in Q1 FY26. The company has maintained a debt-free balance sheet, enabling sustained growth and profitability.
Aditya Modak, Co-founder and CEO of PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Ltd., said:
“This journey has been nothing short of amazing, from one dream to 100 stores. We had a plan and a clear goal three years ago, but we knew the only constant would be change. Today, establishing our 100th store feels like scoring a century.”
Building a Nationwide Presence
Since its inception, Gargi has grown rapidly with a retail presence spanning metros as well as tier-2 and tier-3 towns. Each store reflects a focus on quality, design and accessibility, offering more than 15,000 SKUs across diverse price points.
“Targets never felt like targets at Gargi; they were personal milestones,” Modak noted. “Our teams didn’t just work together; they became a family. Reaching our 100th store is a personal accomplishment for every Gargian, as they weren’t just employees but dreamers who built this brand as their own.”
A Unique Culture
Staying true to its values, Gargi chose to inaugurate its latest stores with the help of team members and their families, reinforcing its strong culture of ownership. Despite inviting dignitaries, the company spotlighted its employees and families as the real ambassadors of the brand.
The company is preparing for the next phase of growth, with plans to issue 1,12,500 shares at Rs 970 each to fund marketing and accelerate nationwide expansion.
Modak added: “The road hasn’t been smooth—it has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs. But like a good game of sport, our collective spirit has turned challenges into opportunities.”
With 100 stores already operational and a strong pipeline ahead, Gargi sees this milestone not as a culmination but the beginning of a larger growth story in India’s fast-evolving fashion jewellery market.
