Go Fashion FY26 Profit Falls 37% On Weak Demand

Go Fashion Q2 Profit Up 6% on Festive Recovery

Q4 profit drops 60 per cent as revenue declines and store productivity remains under pressure

Go Fashion (India) reported a steep decline in earnings for the March 2026 quarter, with net profit plunging 60.03 per cent to Rs 7.95 crore from Rs 19.89 crore a year earlier, even as revenue slipped 4.24 per cent to Rs 196.12 crore.

For FY26, profit fell 36.71 per cent to Rs 59.18 crore compared with Rs 93.50 crore in the previous year, while annual revenue declined marginally by 1.20 per cent to Rs 838.01 crore.

The weak performance comes amid pressure on store productivity, with same store sales at exclusive brand outlets declining 3.4 per cent during the year. The company, however, continued to expand its retail footprint, adding a net 26 stores to take its total EBO count to 802, while increasing retail area to 4,33,979 sq ft, according to company filing.

Go Fashion is also repositioning its portfolio towards higher-value products, with around 70 per cent now comprising value-added bottoms. The company is simultaneously shifting towards larger store formats to improve customer experience and merchandising efficiency, they said

Commenting on the Result, Gautam Saraogi, CEO, Go Fashion (India) said, “The bottom wear industry has undergone a transformation and Go Colors has consistently evolved alongside these changes. Our portfolio mix has changed over the years to a ~70% Value Added Bottoms Portfolio (Non- Leggings Portfolio).”

The company said it remains focused on improving store performance, expanding its product range and scaling new initiatives, including its daily wear concept, while aiming to return to positive same-store sales growth in FY27.
