The strategic alliance will use Infosys’ AI-first platforms to modernise Crocs’ core IT systems, streamline operations, reduce costs and support scalable global growth
Infosys has entered into a 10-year strategic agreement with Crocs, Inc. to accelerate the footwear company’s digital transformation, modernise its core IT systems and streamline global operations.
Under the long-term collaboration, Infosys will deploy its AI-first platforms to help Crocs simplify operations, reduce costs and build a scalable technology backbone to support future growth. The partnership will focus on enterprise IT and business operations across Crocs’ global footprint.
The agreement comes as changing consumer expectations and a rapidly evolving retail landscape push companies to strengthen their digital infrastructure. Through the partnership, Infosys aims to help Crocs create a more resilient and future-ready digital backbone to support sustainable global expansion.
The transformation will focus on breaking down operational silos and unifying data across the organisation. This is expected to give Crocs greater access to real-time insights and support more informed decision-making, while improving agility, efficiency, responsiveness and customer experience.
Focus On Standardising Global Operations
Infosys said the initiative will address challenges facing the retail industry, including rising costs, inconsistent processes and the need for greater operational agility.
The transformation will seek to standardise operations across Crocs and enable the company to respond more effectively to changing consumer and market requirements. It will also use advanced automation and Infosys’ delivery frameworks to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Tom Britt, Chief Information Officer, Crocs, said the company was looking for a partner that could combine domain expertise with innovation and operational excellence as it reimagines its IT landscape.
“By leveraging Infosys’ proven delivery frameworks and advanced automation capabilities, we will optimise operations, reduce costs and scale responsibly,” Britt said, adding that the collaboration would help build a foundation for sustainable growth and digital resilience.
Infosys To Drive AI-Led Transformation
Karmesh Vaswani, EVP & Global Head, Consumer, Retail & Logistics, Infosys, said the retail sector is at an inflection point as AI-augmented digital capabilities are increasingly being deployed at scale.
He said the collaboration would use Infosys’ AI-first approach to drive performance improvements across Crocs’ global operations, scale innovation and support profitable growth.
The partnership is aimed at transforming Crocs’ operations from the ground up, with technology and AI positioned as key enablers of greater scale, agility and efficiency in the global retail environment.
