Liberty Shoes Opens 46th NCR Store In Gurugram

Footwear major launches its 46th store in Delhi NCR as it accelerates retail expansion and strengthens its omnichannel presence in premium consumer hubs

Liberty Shoes, one of India’s longstanding footwear brands, has inaugurated a new showroom at Elan Epic Mall in Gurugram, strengthening its presence in one of the NCR’s key retail and lifestyle destinations.

The latest outlet marks the company’s 46th store in Delhi NCR and forms part of its broader retail expansion strategy aimed at high-footfall, premium urban markets.

The showroom will showcase Liberty’s full product portfolio, including premium formal footwear, everyday casual styles, athleisure products and accessories. The company said the store has been designed around a modern, consumer-first retail format with improved merchandising and category zoning.

Anupam Bansal, Executive Director of Liberty Shoes, said the expansion reflects a deliberate move towards experience-led retailing.

“Today’s consumer is looking beyond just products. They seek convenience, engagement and a cohesive brand journey. This store is designed to deliver on all three, while staying rooted in Liberty’s core promise of comfort, quality and accessibility,” he said.

The Gurugram outlet is expected to cater to the city’s growing base of aspirational consumers seeking branded products and elevated shopping experiences. The company added that the new location complements its digital presence and wider omnichannel strategy.

Liberty Shoes has been focusing on expanding its retail network while integrating offline and online customer journeys. The latest store opening signals the brand’s ambition to deepen its reach across India’s major consumer destinations while retaining the value proposition that has defined the company for more than six decades.

Industry analysts note that footwear brands are increasingly investing in premium malls and experiential formats to capture demand from urban consumers, particularly in fast-growing cities such as Gurugram.
