Sky Gold Targets Rs 8,100 Cr In FY27 After 78% Q1 Revenue Growth

Lightweight jewellery and overseas markets emerge as key growth levers, with UK-Europe orders adding to the company’s export pipeline

Sky Gold and Diamonds targets revenue of Rs 8,100 crore or more in financial year 2026-27 after reporting a 78 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to Rs 2,012.8 crore in the June quarter. Profit after tax rose around 2.4 times to Rs 104.9 crore.

The Mumbai-based business-to-business (B2B) jewellery manufacturer said on 9 August that growth was supported by demand from organised jewellery retailers, continued traction for lightweight and value-added jewellery, and execution across its manufacturing platform.

The company also turned cash-flow positive during the quarter, supported by its asset-light manufacturing model, a higher contribution from its advance-gold business and shorter export receivable cycles.

Lightweight Jewellery Remains Key Focus
Sky Gold continues to focus on lightweight, versatile and value-added jewellery, alongside lower-carat and diamond-studded products. The company is also expanding its presence in lightweight and fine jewellery, which it expects to strengthen its overall product mix.

Mangesh Chauhan, Managing Director, Sky Gold and Diamonds, said the jewellery industry is increasingly moving towards organised players, while consumers are showing greater preference for design-led products.

“We continue to see healthy demand for lightweight, versatile and value-added jewellery,” said Chauhan, adding that the company’s early focus on ultra-lightweight products has helped it respond to changing consumer preferences.

Export Order Book Expands
Exports are becoming an increasingly important part of Sky Gold’s growth strategy. The company showcased its products at the Asiana UK-India Jewellery Expo in London, where it said it received strong interest from buyers in the UK and Europe.

The event helped Sky Gold build an order book worth Rs 30-45 crore, according to the company.

Chauhan said India has an opportunity to become a global hub for design-led jewellery manufacturing, supported by its manufacturing capabilities, craftsmanship and improved market access through free trade agreements.

For FY27, Sky Gold is targeting revenue of Rs 8,100 crore or more. The company said it remains focused on balancing revenue growth with profitability and cash-flow generation.
