Rebel Foods brings multi-brand, app-led dining format to Jammu and Kashmir
Rebel Foods has expanded its offline presence with the opening of the first EatSure smart foodcourt in Jammu, marking the brand’s debut in Jammu and Kashmir. Located at Royal Nest Sapphire, the 2,000 sq. ft. outlet is the sixth offline EatSure store in India.
The format brings together more than 10 food brands within a single space and allows customers to place combined orders across brands through self-service kiosks or the EatSure app.
Unlike conventional foodcourts, the model integrates digital ordering and consolidated billing. Customers receive order updates via display screens and WhatsApp notifications, reducing counter queues and manual coordination across outlets.
Brands available at the Jammu outlet include Behrouz Biryani, Faasos, Wendy’s, Sweet Truth, Lunchbox, The Good Bowl, Honest Bowl, Makhani Darbar and Dabba & Co, among others. The structure enables a single transaction for items sourced from multiple kitchens.
Ankush Grover, Co-founder and Global CEO of Rebel Foods, said the company sees Jammu as an emerging market for organised food services. “We’re absolutely delighted to introduce EatSure’s very first smart foodcourt in Jammu… This foodcourt is a natural progression, crafted to offer customers the freedom to choose, quick service, and the joy of dining together,” he said.
The outlet has seating for over 50 customers. Wendy’s menu at the location includes its Frosty dessert and international flavour variants such as Chimichurri, Cajun, Korean Buldak, American BBQ, Tandoori and Nachoburg.
EatSure’s smart foodcourt format is already operational in cities including Pune, Visakhapatnam and Nashik. The company plans further expansion in tier-1 and tier-2 cities as it strengthens its offline presence alongside its core delivery business.
