RollsKing Onboards Arjun Toor As Co-founder

RollsKing appoints Arjun Toor as co-founder to drive scale and operations

Hospitality veteran to lead growth, operations and system scalability as the QSR and cloud kitchen chain strengthens execution across cities

RollsKing, the cloud kitchen and QSR brand, has named Arjun Toor as co-founder as the company sharpens its leadership structure to drive the next stage of its nationwide growth. The move comes as the chain scales operations across formats and cities, with a focus on strengthening execution and consistency.

Toor joins the company with more than 15 years of experience spanning hospitality operations, consumer behaviour insights, and commercial strategy. His background includes working across diverse restaurant models in India and international markets, from high-volume outlets to fine-dining establishments, giving him hands-on experience in expanding operations without compromising on quality standards.

In his new role, Toor will oversee expansion planning and new outlet launches, along with menu standardisation, workforce training, and improving store-level performance. He will also be responsible for building robust, scalable systems in areas such as supply chain management, vendor partnerships, and cost control, all seen as critical pillars for supporting RollsKing’s growing QSR and cloud kitchen network.

The leadership addition aligns with the company’s broader push towards process-driven operations and tighter efficiency as it prepares for sustained, multi-city growth across both dine-in and delivery-led formats.

RollsKing was founded in 2011 by Pradeep Kumar and Sandeep Kumar, introduced its first outlet in Noida with a straightforward value proposition: affordable, flavorful kathi rolls positioned as premium street food. Over 15 years, the brand has grown to 120+ outlets across 15 major Indian cities, operating through a hybrid cloud kitchen and physical QSR model.
