Women’s hygiene brand plans offline expansion and quick commerce scale-up after Rs 290-crore fundraise
Pee Safe, a leading women’s hygiene and wellness brand, has raised approximately USD 32 million (around Rs 290 crore) in a Series C funding round led by OrbiMed, a global healthcare-focused private equity firm. The round comprised a mix of primary capital infusion and secondary share purchases from early investors.
Founded by Vikas Bagaria and Rithish Kumar, Pee Safe has scaled its operations to over Rs 150 crore in annualised net revenue run rate while remaining profitable, a notable achievement in India’s consumer startup ecosystem. The company holds a leadership position in toilet hygiene and feminine hygiene categories and is expanding its portfolio across personal care and wellness, catering to millions of women in India and overseas markets.
The fresh capital will be deployed to deepen Pee Safe’s offline retail presence, strengthen brand-led marketing initiatives, and accelerate growth across quick commerce platforms and leading online marketplaces.

As part of the transaction, Dr Sunny Sharma, Senior Managing Director, OrbiMed Asia, and Sumona Chakraborty will join Pee Safe’s board.
