Narayan Lodha, the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Epack Durable, has tendered his resignation from the position effective from the close of business hours on 30 April 2026. Lodha has stepped down to pursue another opportunity that aligns with his long-term professional growth and career aspirations.
“We wish to inform you that Narayan Lodha has tendered his resignation from the position of Executive Director and Group CFO, effective from the close of business hours on 30 April 2026,” the company said in an exchange filing.
In his resignation letter to the Chairman, Lodha wrote that the decision has not been easy and he remains sincerely grateful to the Chairman for the trust, guidance and support extended to him during his tenure with the organisation.
The company’s consolidated revenue in the third quarter of the financial year (Q3FY26) rose 13.5 per cent to Rs 427.8 crore. RAC segment witnessed a marginal 1 per cent year-on-year decline during the quarter. SDA segment grew by 30 per cent year-on-year, driven by healthy order inflows across both existing and newly introduced products. Demand for air fryers has been very encouraging and is gaining good traction with customers.
Component Segment reported a 61 per cent YoY growth, supported by a solid order pipeline for PCBs, copper parts and plastic molding components. Recently, the company commissioned a manufacturing facility for Hisense at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. The facility has been developed under Epack Manufacturing Technologies (EMTPL), the company’s wholly owned subsidiary and marked Hisense’s first manufacturing footprint in India.
Spread across ten acre within Epack Durable’s industrial park at Sri City, the newly commissioned plant has been built with an investment of over USD 30 million. The facility will initially cater to 100 per cent of Hisense India’s Room Air Conditioner (RAC) requirements, significantly strengthening local manufacturing under the Make in India initiative.
