As part of this partnership, Ekart will streamline the delivery of large parcels from Ikea’s extensive catalogue of over 7,000 products, including furniture, home décor, and household essentials, across North India. With its advanced logistics capabilities, Ekart will enable Ikea to fulfil most customer orders within 24 hours, reinforcing a commitment to operational excellence. Known for its precision-driven logistics, Ekart boasts an industry-leading 99%+ success rate in pre-paid shipments, setting new standards for reliability and customer satisfaction.
Leveraging Ikea India’s newly launched fulfillment hub in Delhi-NCR, Ekart will integrate high-performance logistics solutions, including real-time tracking, ensuring efficient and transparent deliveries. Sustainability remains central to the collaboration, with Ekart deploying its fleet of electric vehicles to support Ikea’s eco-friendly logistics goals.
