Jhandewalas Foods Reports ₹2 Crore Sales for Naman Ghee in Jaipur DMart

Early traction in Jaipur boosts Jhandewalas Foods’ modern trade push

Jhandewalas Foods’ Naman Ghee brand has achieved approximately Rs 2 crore in sales within four to five months of its opening at DMart outlets in Jaipur, reflecting strong consumer demand, the company said in the regulatory filing on Saturday.

“Continued positive market response and consistent demand underscore the growing confidence of customers in our Naman brand products. Encouraged by this momentum, the company is actively exploring expansion opportunities in other regions and modern trade
channels to further enhance market penetration and drive sustainable growth”,  said Raakesh B Kulwal, Managing Director, Jhandewalas Foods.

DMart, operated by Avenue Supermarts, is one of India’s largest supermarket chains, with 415 stores across 12 states and union territories as of March 2025. Its presence in Rajasthan provides a key platform for brands like Naman Ghee to reach a wide consumer base.

Jhandewalas Foods, incorporated in 2006, manufactures a range of ghee products under the Naman and Godhenu brands, including traditional Bilona-style ghee and organic cow ghee. The company also produces spices, ready-to-mix items, and traditional products such as mangodi and papad.

The company has a nationwide distribution network of about 11,000 retail stores and over 500 distributors, and its products are available on major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, and JioMart.

Financially, Jhandewalas Foods reported net sales of Rs 55.15 crore in H1FY26, up 242 per cent from Rs 16.14 crore in H1FY25, while net profit declined 34 per cent to Rs 3.52 crore. For FY25, the company posted revenue of Rs 86.64 crore and net profit of Rs 6.01 crore.
