Palicha stated that in January 2023, the gross order value of the company stood at USD 550 million
Highlighting the improvement in the performance of the company, Aadit Palicha, the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the quick commerce platform Zepto informed that the company has achieved USD three billion (approximately Rs 24,500 crore) in annualised gross order value (GOV).
Palicha took to LinkedIn and wrote, “In April 2024, we shared with Goldman Sachs in a research note that Zepto had crossed USD one billion in annualised GOV. 8 months later, in January 2025, we are now at approximately USD three billion in annualised GOV (Rs around 24,500 Crore).”
As per the media reports, the company posted a revenue of Rs 4,454 crore in the financial year 2024, which was over two-fold increase from Rs 2,025 crore in the previous financial year. Palicha added that in January 2023, the gross order value of the company stood at USD 550 million.
Palicha wrote, “This milestone is entirely due to the execution, rigour and discipline of this team (that I am lucky to be a part of). With this team, I am confident we will continue growing with a clear path to PAT (profit after tax) profitability in the near term.”
The company reduced its losses from Rs 1,272.4 crore in 2022-23 to Rs 1,248.6 crore in 2023-24, according to the media reports which cited the data from Tofler.
