Advit Jewels will be expanding its business-to-consumer (B2C) presence by opening 30 retail showrooms under the ‘Rambhajo’ brand over the next three years. The initial public offering (IPO) of the company is set to open for subscription on 23 June 2026 and closes on 25 June 2026.
The Jaipur-based company has fixed the price band of Rs 130 to Rs 138 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each. The maiden IPO comprises an entirely fresh issue of 1.19 crore shares (1,19,68,000 equity shares), aggregating to Rs 165.15 crore.
The company said that investors can bid for a minimum of 100 equity shares and in multiples of 100 equity shares thereafter. The proceeds from its fresh issue worth Rs 65 crore will be for funding incremental working capital requirements of the company.
The company will utilise Rs 65 crore for repayment/pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed and general corporate purposes. Its revenue from operations for the nine months ended 31 December 2025 was Rs 123.79 crore and its net profit was Rs 25.44 crore.
Holani Consultants is the book-running lead manager and Bigshare Services is the registrar of the offer. The offer is being made through the book-building process, wherein not more than 50 per cent of the net offer is allocated to qualified institutional buyers and not less than 15 per cent and 35 per cent of the net offer is assigned to non-institutional bidders and retail individual bidders, respectively.
Its manufacturing unit is located at Jaipur, having a built-up area of 6,450 square feet and operated on a leased premises fully maintained by the company. The company has been growing over the years to cater to an increase in volumes and demand for its products and currently, its flagship store in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is under construction.
