The programme will cover skincare, makeup, content creation, personal branding and career development

Amorepacific India, in partnership with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), has started the first edition of its ‘Meet Your Beauty Academy’ in Delhi-NCR, a programme focused on providing young women with skills and industry exposure for careers in the beauty sector.

The programme will cover skincare, makeup, content creation, personal branding and career readiness, bringing Korean beauty expertise and practical industry learning into a structured curriculum. The curriculum includes Korean beauty culture, trends and industry dynamics, along with skin science, skincare ingredients and routines. Participants will also receive training in makeup techniques and beauty application skills. Content creation and social media growth strategies form another component of the programme, alongside sessions on personal branding and career development. Industry interactions and expert-led learning sessions are also part of the academy.

The Delhi-NCR edition is the first edition of the academy. The programme also includes a cultural exchange component through the introduction of Korean beauty practices and industry knowledge to participants in India. According to Amorepacific India, the programme is intended to give participants an understanding of career opportunities across beauty retail, brand marketing, content creation and other areas of the beauty industry.

“India is home to an incredibly passionate and fast-growing beauty community. Through Meet Your Beauty Academy, we are investing in that potential by creating opportunities for learning, growth, and industry exposure,” Paul Lee, Managing Director and Country Head, Amorepacific India, said.

Mini Sood Banerjee, Deputy Director and Head of Marketing, Amorepacific India, said the beauty industry now extends beyond products and services to education, digital innovation and community building. “Through Meet Your Beauty Academy, we aim to create meaningful learning opportunities for India’s next generation of beauty enthusiasts and creators,” Banerjee said.
