Shailesh Chaturvedi, the current Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will work closely with Amisha Jain to ensure a smooth transition
As part of the succession planning of the organisation, Arvind Fashions or AFL, a fashion casual wear and denim company, has named Amisha Jain as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company with effect from 13 August 2025. Shailesh Chaturvedi, the current MD and CEO, will work closely with Jain to ensure a smooth transition.
With over 25 years of experience across technology, consumer, and retail sectors, Jain was the Managing Director and Senior Vice President (SVP) of South Asia, Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe at Levi Strauss and Co. She led the growth and transformation of the brand and business in the region, contributing to the success of the brand.
“The last few years as the MD and CEO of AFL have been one of the most satisfying part of my over 30-year career in this industry. AFL has a great future ahead of it and I am also excited about the next phase of my personal and professional life,” stated Shailesh Chaturvedi.
Prior to Levi’s, she led the turnaround of Zivame, as the CEO and led it to an innovation-led consumer centric brand. Her prior experience includes Arvind Group, Nike India, McKinsey and Company and Motorola Inc.
