In an exchange filing, the company said that its board has approved the appointment of Rao as the CEO (KMP), effective 24 August 2026 and designated as Whole-time Director and CEO. He subsequently held senior leadership positions across India, South Asia and China. Rao has also served as Country Director for Guess in France and holds an MBA from Insead.
