Being Human Partners With Fynd To Strengthen Digital Commerce

Through this collaboration, Fynd is enabling Being Human Clothing to streamline order management, customer experience and catalog operations

Fynd, an artificial intelligence (AI) native retail technology company backed by Reliance Retail Ventures, has entered into a partnership with Being Human Clothing, a fashion and lifestyle brand, to power its end-to-end digital commerce and operations ecosystem.

Through this collaboration, Fynd is enabling Being Human Clothing to streamline order management, customer experience and catalog operations using a unified, AI-driven platform. To enhance customer experience, Being Human Clothing leverages Kaily, Fynd’s AI-powered customer communication platform, to manage ecommerce support across WhatsApp, email and chatbots.

As part of the partnership, Being Human Clothing has implemented Fynd’s comprehensive commerce operating layer to streamline both front-end and back-end workflows. The solution includes a centralized Order Management System (OMS) that manages the complete order lifecycle across Being Human Clothing’s D2C website and multiple marketplaces.

During peak seasonal sales, Fynd’s integrated platform enabled Being Human Clothing to manage elevated order volumes smoothly. Through this partnership, Fynd acts as a single technology and operations partner for Being Human Clothing, the official statement added.
