Marking a leadership transition, Domino’s Pizza Enterprises has appointed Merrill Pereyra as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, he will oversee the company’s operations across Australia and New Zealand.
In a LinkedIn post, Pereyra expressed his enthusiasm for the role and emphasised his commitment to leading with humility, clarity, and purpose.

As CEO for Australia and New Zealand, Pereyra will be responsible for steering Domino’s largest and most established markets, which together comprise over 880 stores. His mandate includes complete responsibility for sales performance, profitability, operational excellence, franchise relationships, and brand strength, with a focus on building a sustainable, customer-centric business for the future.
Before stepping into this position, Pereyra served as a strategic advisor across the APAC region, where he worked closely with boards, investors, and operators, providing guidance on mergers and related strategic initiatives.
