Epack Durable’s Q3 Profit Rises Marginally, Revenue Grows 13%

Epack Durable, a room air conditioner, domestic appliances and component manufacturer, has registered a marginal uptick in its net profit for the third quarter of the current financial year. The company profit after tax rose to Rs 2.58 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 2.5 crore in Q3FY25.

The financial results of the company revealed that the revenue from operations also grew to Rs 427.75 crore during the recently concluded quarter from Rs 376.83 crore during the corresponding period of the previous financial year. The company’s total expenses also surged to Rs 423.14 crore from Rs 377.28 crore during the same period. The earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) stood at Rs 31.7 crore, marking a YoY growth of 31.5 per cent.

“We delivered a good performance during the quarter, driven by strong growth in our SDA, LDA and component Segment. This performance reflects the success of our diversification strategy, improved execution across businesses and continued focus on strengthening our core fundamentals. While the RAC segment remained stable, the strong momentum in our new and emerging verticals gives us confidence in the sustainability of our growth and margin expansion going forward,” stated Ajay DD Singhania, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Epack Durable.

RAC segment witnessed a marginal 1 per cent year-on-year decline during the quarter. SDA segment grew by 30 per cent year-on-year, driven by healthy order inflows across both existing and newly introduced products. Demand for air fryers has been very encouraging and is gaining good traction with customers, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Component Segment reported a 61 per cent YoY growth, supported by a solid order pipeline for PCBs, copper parts, and plastic molding components. LDA Segment grew by 74 per cent YoY, driven by the focus on expanding the customer base. On new customer acquisition, the company added two new customers during the quarter, for whom supplies have already commenced.
