Having served in diverse roles across companies, Sandeep Karwa was the Vice President of the Flipkart Ads platform
After spending over a decade at the ecommerce platform Flipkart, Sandeep Karwa, the Vice President of Flipkart Ads has decided to move from the company. Karwa shared a lengthy LinkedIn post to inform the decision as he expressed his gratitude towards the company and recollected his long journey.
“After 13 incredible years, today I say goodbye to a place that has been more than just a workplace—Flipkart has been my second home, my school, and my playground all wrapped into one. When I joined in my late 20s, I never imagined that this journey would not only shape my career but also be a defining part of my life,” Karwa wrote in his post.
Having served in diverse roles across companies, Karwa was the Vice President of the Flipkart Ads platform, as per the information through his LinkedIn. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President Business Head of Fashion/Softlines for two years where he was scaling customer acquisition and retention businesses at Flipkart.
He held senior positions in the smartphone business unit, product management, television and appliances business unit in the company. He also served as Director Board of Directors at Walmart India for nearly five years since July 2020 to February 2025.
“A heartfelt thank you to all the friends at multiple brands and sellers who trusted and partnered with me — your belief made this journey truly special,” he added in his post. Karwa holds a Bachelor of Engineering- BE, Electronics degree from Nagpur University and has done an MBA, Marketing from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
