Nykaa, a beauty and fashion platform, has onboarded Deepika Padukone as its Brand Ambassador. Padukone will bring her authenticity to Nykaa’s most iconic beauty moments, from industry-first initiatives like the pink Friday sale and Nykaaland, to the Nykaa best in beauty awards, festive campaigns, and beyond.
Nykaa’s and Deepika’s message to every woman is simple: you do not need an occasion to show up for yourself. The brand said that beauty is not about looking a certain way; it is about feeling at home in your own skin.

Nykaa caters to 45 million customers (as of 30 June 2025) through its online platforms and 250 offline beauty destinations (as of 31 July 2025), while building loyal communities through engaging and educative content, the statement noted.
“Beauty for me has never been about the spotlight alone – it has always been about the everyday rituals and practicing them with consistency. And nobody understands this better than Nykaa,” said Deepika Padukone.
Emphasising that Nykaa has delivered another year of strong performance in the financial year 2025 (FY25), Falguni Nayar, the Chairperson of Nykaa, has stated that the company’s year-on-year (YoY) growth story is underscored by consistent expansion in its omnichannel business, along with increased diversification over the last five years.
Addressing the 13th annual general meeting (AGM), the Chairperson highlighted that in FY25, the Indian ecommerce market reached USD 60 billion, with beauty and fashion categories making up a significant 35 per cent of that entire mix. Looking ahead, this market is set to reach USD 190 billion by FY30.
