The company states that its legal counsels are examining appropriate action in this regard

After the reports stating that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has initiated the process of investigation into the affairs of Patanjali Ayurved surfaced, the company has now issued a statement denying the claims.

In an exchange filing, Patanjali Foods stated, “Pursuant to Regulation 30(11) of the Sebi (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, based on confirmation from Patanjali Ayurved, we may clarify that Patanjali Ayurved has not received any communication from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for the proposed investigation by MCA as appearing in mainstream media.”
