Aditya Kankaria has joined Coca-Cola India and Southwest Asia as Senior Director, Integrated Operations, HCCB. With over 16 years of leadership experience across the telecom and FMCG sectors, Kankaria will oversee integrated operations with a focus on driving operational excellence, accelerating transformation initiatives and enabling sustainable and profitable growth.
He will play an integral role in collaborating with bottling partners and cross-functional teams to strengthen commercial execution and build capabilities across the business, the company said in an official statement.
Prior to joining HCCB, Kankaria served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Airtel’s Mumbai Circle, where he drove market leadership, consumer growth and profitability. Before Airtel, he spent several years at Unilever across South Asia and Bangladesh, most recently leading the Nutrition, Foods and Refreshments business.
The official statement noted that an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and NIT Tiruchirappalli, Kankaria brings extensive experience in business leadership, transformation and commercial operations.
