Indian tech partnership powers unified customer experience and smarter sales operations across 11 countries
Joyalukkas, one of India’s largest jewellery retailers, has partnered with Indian SaaS giant Zoho to digitally transform its global retail operations. This large-scale initiative, already rolled out across more than 100 stores in India, is now being extended to Joyalukkas’ 10 international markets, including the UAE, United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Malaysia.
The collaboration marks a significant move in Joyalukkas’ push to unify sales and service operations, centralise customer data, and deliver intelligent, personalised engagement across touchpoints. The brand’s adoption of Zoho’s Customer Experience Platform reflects a strategic pivot to strengthen omnichannel capabilities and enhance customer experiences at scale.

The implementation, led by Zoho’s Enterprise Business Solutions team, followed a phased and consulting-led model tailored to Joyalukkas’ unique operational footprint. The transformation aims to provide the jewellery retailer’s teams with real-time, contextual insights that allow deeper personalisation and a more agile response to customer needs.
