In a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the health-forward cooking category, Marico, one of India’s leading FMCG companies, has forayed into the cold pressed oils segment with the launch of the Saffola Cold Pressed Oils range. This marks a major expansion of its flagship brand Saffola, further reinforcing its legacy in promoting heart-healthy cooking solutions.
The new Saffola range introduces Dual Seed Cold Pressed Oils, a unique blend designed to combine the nutritional benefits of two complementary seeds. This innovation aims to provide Indian households with a thoughtful choice for everyday cooking—focusing on authenticity, nutrition, and flavour.
A Blend of Tradition and Innovation
The new Saffola Cold Pressed Oils range features two thoughtfully crafted product lines. The Dual Seed Oils—Groundnut & Sesame and Groundnut & Safflower—offer a balanced fatty acid profile while delivering a rich, authentic taste.
Complementing these are the Single Seed Oils, which include 100 per cent Groundnut, 100 per cent Sesame, and 100 per cent Mustard oils. Each is cold-pressed to retain essential fatty acids, natural flavour, and aroma, making them a wholesome and nutrient-rich addition to everyday cooking.
The oils are extracted at low temperatures, which helps retain their natural aroma, nutrients, and taste, making them a wholesome addition to daily meals. With a balanced composition of MUFA and PUFA fatty acids, the range supports cholesterol management and long-term wellness.

The new oils are priced starting at Rs 356 for 1L of Mustard Oil, Rs 506 for Groundnut Oil, and Rs 719 for Sesame Oil. They will initially be available through quick commerce platforms, ensuring convenient doorstep delivery for health-conscious consumers.
This expansion aligns with Marico’s broader strategy to capture emerging consumer trends in the premium and health-oriented food segment. With this move, Saffola strengthens its leadership in promoting everyday preventive care through smart kitchen choices.
