Ranveer Singh-backed SuperYou Taps Unicommerce To Strengthen Ecomm Operations

Unicommerce Introduces UniShip To Elevate Post-shipment Journey For D2C brands & Online Retailers

Nutrition startup adopts Uniware to manage orders, inventory and returns across online and quick commerce channels

SuperYou, the consumer nutrition brand co-founded by actor Ranveer Singh and entrepreneur Nikunj Biyani, has partnered with ecommerce enablement platform Unicommerce to streamline its online and quick commerce operations.

Under the partnership, SuperYou has deployed Unicommerce’s Uniware platform to manage orders and inventory across quick commerce platforms, online marketplaces and its direct-to-consumer website. The integration is aimed at improving operational visibility and supporting faster fulfilment as demand rises across channels, the company said in the statement.

Through Uniware, SuperYou will operate its multi-channel business via a unified dashboard that offers real-time visibility into orders, inventory levels and warehouse processes. The platform’s integrated order and warehouse management capabilities are expected to help the company respond more efficiently to increasing demand for instant and same-day deliveries.

“As a digital-first brand, it is important for us to have a reliable operations backbone as we grow across ecommerce and quick commerce channels. Unicommerce’s unified dashboard enables us to manage orders, inventory, and fulfillment across marketplaces, our website, and quick commerce platforms and support a consistent customer experience,” said Nikunj Biyani, Co-founder, SuperYou.

In addition to forward logistics, the system will also centralise returns management. This is expected to give the company better oversight of reverse logistics across platforms, streamline return processing and improve inventory reconciliation as order volumes rise.

“We are delighted to partner with SuperYou as the brand continues to build a strong, digital-first presence,” said Kapil Makhija, MD and CEO of Unicommerce.
