Ethical beauty brand reopens with a bold new retail concept, passionfruit-inspired experiences, and a community-driven design
British-born ethical beauty brand The Body Shop has unveiled its reimagined Workshop Store at DLF Mall of India, Noida, drawing enthusiastic crowds and reaffirming its commitment to purpose-led beauty. More than 100 eager shoppers queued outside the store in the early morning hours, signalling strong anticipation for the launch.
A New Retail Experience
The redesigned store concept combines beauty with actionism, offering an interactive and immersive shopping environment. With a dynamic layout for easy navigation and hands-on discovery, customers were invited to explore product sampling stations and engage with the brand’s latest innovations.
The spotlight of the day was the Passionfruit Bath & Body range, a limited-edition, tropical-inspired collection that added a refreshing twist to the launch celebrations.
A Fruity Collaboration
To mark the occasion, The Body Shop partnered with Minus 30, a home-grown ice cream brand known for its vegan and sugar-free offerings. Guests were treated to a bespoke passionfruit gelato, created exclusively for the launch, blending beauty with indulgence in a unique, multi-sensorial retail experience.
Local Inspiration, Global Values
The store also features striking murals inspired by Noida’s local culture, reflecting the city’s growing embrace of public art. These vibrant designs embody The Body Shop’s values of creativity, community, and empowerment, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for purposeful beauty.
