Bruno’s Pizzeria opens first outlet in Gurgaon, plans 10+ NCR stores and expansion to major metros
Bruno’s Pizzeria, a new-age premium pizza brand designed for a generation that prizes flavour, craft and community, has launched its flagship outlet in Gurgaon. Positioned at the crossroads of authenticity and contemporary culture, the brand aims to redefine India’s modern pizza experience with slow-fermented Naples-style sourdough and bold flavour profiles.
Built around a central philosophy that great pizza should feel effortless yet elevated, Bruno’s prepares every element in-house — from 48-hour fermented dough to preservative-free sauces. The brand’s central kitchen system ensures consistency without compromising quality. Beyond signature pizzas such as classic Margheritas, truffle-layered creations and hot-honey drizzles, the menu includes garlic bomb breads, gourmet pastas, desserts and curated specialty beverages including ceremonial matcha.
Seasonal highlights, including “Cheesy AF Week,” and branded merchandise like #ThisPizzaSlaps, further deepen engagement with younger diners.

Singh, who previously built The Burger Company, expects Bruno’s to anchor a new wave of fun-first, ingredient-driven dining. The brand will operate a hybrid model with a primary focus on dine-in experiences.
Bruno’s plans to open 10+ stores across Delhi NCR this fiscal, followed by expansion into Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune. The company is targeting a ₹50-crore valuation by FY28 and is exploring strategic partnerships to support its scale-up while maintaining quality standards.
Located at SF 92, First Floor, Galleria Market, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon, the space is pitched as an upbeat community hangout for late-night laughs, quick catch-ups and casual celebrations.
