Burger Singh Raises Undisclosed Pre-Series B Funding, Valuation Soars To $52 Mn

Tipping Mr Pink, the parent company of the QSR brand, Burger Singh, has secured an undisclosed amount in a pre-Series B funding round, elevating its valuation to a robust USD 52 million.

This funding round was led by Turner Morrison, with notable participation from Homage Ventures LLP – Office of Aditya Ghosh and a strong contingent of existing investors.

The capital structure of Burger Singh is bolstered by investors including Ashish Dhawan, Rajesh Bothra – RB Investments, Negen Capital, Singer – Jasleen Royal, Actor – Rannvijay Singh, Rukkam Capital, Ashvin Chadha – Co-Founder Anicut Capital, Vikramaditya Mohan Thapar Family Trust, VM Salgaocar & Brother Pvt Limited Family Office, Sunjay Kapur Family Office of – Sona Comstar, Mumbai Angels, and Lest Ventures. This impressive array of backers is a testament to the brand’s innovative approach and promising future prospects.

Kabir Jeet Singh, the founder of Burger Singh, shared insights into the company’s strategic direction. “Our expansion is not just about scaling up; it’s about innovating and evolving in the QSR space. The ‘Burger Singh Express’ model is a crucial part of this vision.”

Burger Singh have150+ stores across the country, including locations in Shillong, Guwahati, Jammu, and new openings are expected soon in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai. This network makes India’s third-largest burger chain, behind only two global giants in this space. The company is on track to close the financial year with USD 18 million in QSR sales.

In the next 60 days, Burger Singh plans to deploy 15 of these kiosks at various metro stations in Delhi, with intentions to expand to high-traffic areas like universities, malls, hospitals, and airports. This move aligns with the company’s franchise-led model, focused on risk mitigation and maximizing franchise ROI.
