Recode Studios will use Nykaa’s existing fulfilment network for Nykaa Now, while Nykaa Superstore will support its expansion into tier 2 and 3 markets
Recode Studios has expanded into quick commerce through Nykaa Now, Nykaa’s 60-minute delivery service, making its beauty and personal care products available across the top seven cities without additional investment in logistics or delivery infrastructure. The move expands Recode’s existing presence on Nykaa and adds a faster fulfilment channel to its omnichannel distribution network.
Recode said its existing supply chain and fulfilment network with Nykaa will cater to Nykaa Now orders, allowing the company to enter the channel without incremental spending. The company expects the platform to support faster fulfilment and product discovery in urban markets where demand for rapid delivery is growing.
The company is also live on Nykaa Superstore, Nykaa’s business-to-business platform, as part of its efforts to expand distribution into tier 2 and 3 cities. Recode said the platform will connect it with regional retailers and provide another route to strengthen its offline retail presence.
“Our focus is to build a wider and more diversified omnichannel distribution network while remaining disciplined on capital deployment and spending,” Dheeraj Bansal, Chairman & Managing Director, Recode Studios, said.
Bansal said the company is expanding its consumer touchpoints across B2B distribution, modern trade, premium kiosks and quick commerce. He said platforms such as Nykaa, Nykaa Superstore and Nykaa Now allow Recode to use established digital, fulfilment and distribution infrastructure without incremental logistics investment for quick commerce.
Recode is targeting revenue growth of around 50% as it scales the business through FY27 and beyond. The company has more than 350 stock-keeping units across cosmetics, skincare and personal care and follows an asset-light model, using third-party manufacturing capabilities.
