Looks Salon Opens Flagship Luxury Outlet At Grand Hyatt Mumbai

India’s largest single salon chain expands its premium footprint with a flagship salon at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, targeting luxury travellers, wedding clientele and discerning consumers

Looks Salon, India’s largest and fastest-growing single salon chain, has launched its flagship luxury outlet at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, marking a strategic expansion of its premium beauty and wellness portfolio. The new salon brings together international beauty brands, advanced skincare technology and a luxury hospitality experience under one roof.

Located within one of India’s most prominent luxury hotels, the new outlet is designed to cater to hotel guests, business travellers, airline crew, staycation visitors and wedding clientele, offering convenient access to premium beauty and grooming services.

A Premium Beauty Destination
Spread across nearly 2,000 sq. ft., the salon has been designed as a luxury wellness space featuring private consultation areas, elegant interiors and dedicated zones for specialised treatments.

Customers can access a comprehensive range of services spanning haircare, skincare, nails, barbering, grooming and bridal beauty. The outlet uses premium international brands including Kérastase, Dermalogica, OPI and Redken.

Among its key offerings are dedicated Kérastase ritual suites, specialised barbering spaces, curated nail studios and advanced device-led skincare treatments, making it one of the few salons to provide such specialised beauty services.

Strengthening Luxury Hospitality
According to Samir Srivastav, CEO, Looks Salon, the partnership with Grand Hyatt Mumbai reflects the company’s vision of integrating luxury beauty, wellness and hospitality.

“The launch of Looks Salon at Grand Hyatt Mumbai reflects our vision of bringing luxury beauty, wellness, and hospitality together. We are delighted to partner with one of India’s most iconic hospitality brands and look forward to delivering exceptional experiences to both hotel guests and Mumbai’s discerning consumers,” he said.

Targeting The Wedding And Premium Consumer Segment
The new outlet is also expected to strengthen Grand Hyatt Mumbai’s positioning as a destination for weddings and large-scale celebrations.

The hotel’s bridal and event clientele will now have access to premium pre-wedding skincare, grooming and bridal beauty services within the property, creating an integrated luxury experience for guests and families celebrating at the hotel.

Expanding National Footprint
Founded in 1989, Looks Salon operates more than 250 salons across India with a workforce of over 6,000 professionals. The company offers hair, beauty, nail and make-up services and has positioned itself as one of the country’s largest organised salon chains.
