Rajkummar Rao, Traya Team Up To Promote Internal Hair Health

The campaign underscores Traya’s core message: sustainable hair regrowth begins with fixing internal health, not superficial solutions

India’s leading hair health-tech brand, Traya, has renewed its partnership with actor Rajkummar Rao for a new campaign aimed at reshaping how people understand hair loss. In their third collaboration, the brand and the actor spotlight a key message that many overlook: hair loss is an internal health issue, and even a hair transplant cannot deliver permanent results unless the root cause is treated.

Traya, known for its doctor-led, Ayurveda–Dermatology–Nutrition treatment model, continues to strengthen its position as a science-backed solution provider for long-term hair regrowth. The new film brings this insight to life through a sharp, relatable narrative.

Campaign Insight: Beyond Transplants, Towards True Causes
The film opens with a man celebrating the results of his recent hair transplant. His confidence is interrupted when Rajkummar Rao reminds him: “Transplant ke baad bhi baal ho sakte hain zero, kyunki hair loss andar ka problem hai.”
(Even after a transplant, you can lose your hair, because hair loss is an internal issue.)

The storyline reflects Traya’s core philosophy — that addressing deeper factors such as stress, gut health, sleep, hormones, and nutrition is essential for sustainable hair growth.

Brand & Celebrity Speak
Rajkummar Rao said he values the partnership because of Traya’s transparent, myth-busting communication: “I enjoy working with brands that genuinely add value to people’s lives. Traya brings clarity and honesty to something very personal, and I’m glad to be part of that conversation.”

Saloni Anand, Co-founder of Traya, emphasised the campaign’s purpose: “Traya has always championed internal health as the foundation of long-term hair results. Quick fixes and transplants cannot succeed without addressing the root cause. Our partnership with Rajkummar helps bring this truth to the forefront with authenticity.”

She added that their continued association reflects shared values and a commitment to meaningful change.

Strengthening Traya’s Voice in the Hair Health Category
The film, released in Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati (with Bengali and Odiya versions to follow), continues Traya’s differentiated narrative in a market saturated with cosmetic-led claims. Its focus on emotional wellbeing, scientific adherence, and internal root causes reinforces the brand’s position as a leader in holistic hair health.

Traya is India’s first hair health-tech brand uniting Ayurveda, Dermatology, and Nutrition to diagnose and treat hair loss at its source. Through a detailed hair test and a customised doctor-led plan, Traya addresses internal imbalances — including stress, gut issues, hormonal fluctuations, and nutritional deficiencies — to deliver sustainable regrowth.

With 1.2 million users served and visible results across stages 1–5 hair loss, Traya continues to lead with transparency by rejecting stage 6 and 7 cases, ensuring only those who can genuinely benefit are onboarded. The brand is redefining hair loss treatment by shifting the narrative from appearance to internal health, science, and long-term wellbeing.

Traya’s latest campaign builds on this mission: to make internal health the cornerstone of lasting hair growth — and to spark honest, informed conversations across India.
