Recode Studios Debuts Offline Retail With First Kiosk At Omaxe Chowk

Beauty brand enters physical retail space with inaugural kiosk in Chandni Chowk, aiming to strengthen customer engagement and product accessibility

Beauty and cosmetics brand Recode Studios has marked its entry into offline retail with the launch of its first-ever mall kiosk at Omaxe Chowk, Chandni Chowk, signalling a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey as it seeks to expand its footprint beyond digital channels.

The kiosk was inaugurated in the presence of renowned makeup artist Lovely Chaudhary, who attended the event as the chief guest.

Located in one of the capital’s busiest shopping destinations, the kiosk has been designed to offer customers an immersive beauty retail experience, showcasing Recode Studios’ range of makeup and beauty products while reflecting the brand’s contemporary identity and customer-centric approach.

The move comes as beauty and personal care brands increasingly invest in experiential retail formats to strengthen consumer engagement, enhance brand visibility and offer shoppers opportunities to experience products first-hand before making purchases.

Commenting on the launch, Dheeraj Bansal, Managing Director of Recode Studios, said the opening represents an important milestone for the company.

“The launch of our first-ever kiosk at Omaxe Chowk is a proud and emotional milestone for all of us at Recode Studios. This achievement reflects our journey, passion and commitment to bringing quality beauty products closer to our customers. Stepping into offline retail is an exciting new chapter for the brand, and we are thrilled to begin this journey in the heart of Delhi,” Bansal said.

He added that the company looks forward to deepening its connection with consumers through physical retail while continuing to build on the support received from beauty enthusiasts across the country.

The launch is part of Recode Studios’ broader strategy to create a stronger omnichannel presence by complementing its digital operations with physical touchpoints. The company believes that offline retail will help improve product accessibility and provide consumers with a more interactive shopping experience.

Industry observers note that the move reflects a wider trend within India’s beauty market, where digitally native brands are increasingly establishing physical retail formats to drive discovery, build trust and enhance customer engagement amid growing competition in the sector.

With its first kiosk now operational, Recode Studios is expected to explore further opportunities to expand its offline presence as it seeks to reach a wider consumer base and strengthen its position in India’s rapidly growing beauty and personal care market.
