Yes Madam has launched instant spa services across all its operating cities and instant salon services in select metros, with average fulfilment times currently below 30 minutes
Yes Madam, India’s at-home salon and wellness platform, has launched instant salon and spa services, bringing trained beauty and wellness professionals to customers’ homes within minutes.
The company said it is currently the only at-home beauty and wellness platform in India offering instant salon and spa services at scale. The average fulfilment time for its instant services is currently under 30 minutes.
Instant spa services are now available across all cities where Yes Madam operates, while instant salon services have been rolled out in select metro cities. The company plans to expand the offering to additional markets in phases over the coming months.
The launch has already witnessed strong traction, with Yes Madam completing more than 30,000 instant service bookings within the first month. The company said the early response reflects growing consumer demand for on-demand beauty and wellness services.
The move comes as consumers increasingly seek instant access across categories such as food delivery, mobility, grocery and household services. Yes Madam aims to bring the same convenience-led model to professional beauty and wellness services, allowing customers to book services for last-minute requirements, festive occasions, unexpected events or simply to unwind at home.
The company currently fulfils more than 3.5 lakh bookings every month. Services such as waxing, facials, massages and grooming continue to see strong demand, with the instant model aimed at making them more accessible to consumers with busy schedules.
To support faster fulfilment, Yes Madam has strengthened its technology platform to match customer requests with nearby service professionals based on location, availability and service expertise. The company said the technology-led approach is designed to improve response times without adding operational complexity for its service partners.
The model is also expected to help service professionals increase the number of bookings they can fulfil, creating value for both customers and partners.
Commenting on the launch, Aditya Arya, Co-Founder and CEO, Yes Madam, said, “Yes Madam has consistently been a disruptor in the at-home beauty and wellness industry. We introduced mono-dose kits to improve hygiene and brought greater pricing transparency by separating product and service costs at a time when no one else in the industry was doing so. We are once again redefining the industry by becoming the only at-home beauty and wellness platform offering instant salon and spa services at this scale. We believe convenience is becoming a vital expectation across different services, and beauty and wellness should be no different.”
Founded in 2016, Yes Madam operates across more than 55 cities in India, offering at-home salon and spa services through trained professionals. The platform focuses on convenience, pricing transparency and hygiene, including the use of single-use product formats.
