The new facility will support rising demand across retail and HoReCa channels, adding to the company’s existing production capacity
Cravicious Foods has set up a new manufacturing facility with a production capacity of 125 metric tonnes, as part of its expansion strategy to strengthen supply across retail and foodservice channels, including HoReCa.
The addition is aimed at addressing demand from both B2C and B2B segments, while supporting the company’s plans to expand its product portfolio. The new unit will complement its existing facility, which has a capacity of 300 metric tonnes per month.
The Greater Noida-based company operates across food science, process innovation and supply chain management, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian segments through its consumer brands Meaty Story and Veggie Story, along with institutional offerings.
The facility is equipped with freezing technology and built to meet hygiene and quality standards, with over 50 quality checks across sourcing, processing, packaging and dispatch. The company expects this to improve consistency and supply across channels such as quick commerce, direct-to-consumer and HoReCa.
“We are expanding our range in line with evolving consumer preferences while maintaining our focus on clean label and quality benchmarks,” said Ekansh Garg, Co-Founder and CEO, Cravicious Foods.
With the new unit, the company is scaling its manufacturing capacity to support its growing presence across distribution channels.
