TTK Prestige Scales Up Triply Cookware With Rs 40 Cr Push

Company adds 12 lakh units a year at Karjan facility from 3 October to meet rising demand

Kitchen appliances major TTK Prestige said on Thursday that they have expanded its Triply cookware manufacturing capacity by an additional 12 lakh units annually at its Karjan facility in Gujarat, following an investment of about Rs 40 crore funded through internal resources.

“We have commissioned additional production capacity of 12 lakh units per year for Triply cookware at our Karjan facility to cater to rising demand in this category,” the company said in a regulatory filing.

The new capacity will go on stream from 3 October 2025. The Karjan plant currently produces 3 lakh units per year, operating at roughly 70 per cent utilisation.

The expansion comes amid strong demand for premium cookware and forms part of the company’s three-year strategy to strengthen manufacturing and drive business growth.

According to the company, the Rs 40 crore investment has been fully funded through internal accruals.

Founded in 1955 and publicly listed since 1994, TTK Prestige is one of India’s leading kitchen and home-appliance manufacturers. The company is best known for its flagship Prestige and Judge brands, offering pressure cookers, cookware, and a wide range of kitchen appliances.

Its manufacturing footprint includes five plants located in Hosur, Coimbatore, Karjan, Roorkee and Khardi. Supported by two research and development centres, TTK Prestige focuses on product innovation, energy efficiency, and advanced safety mechanisms across its cookware range.

TTK Prestige has a strong distribution network, reaching customers through more than 65,000 retail outlets across India, over 620 exclusive Prestige Xclusive stores, modern trade channels, ecommerce platforms, and exports through its UK subsidiary, TTK British Holdings Limited.

Financially, the company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 2,530.32 crore in FY 2024–25, with a net profit of Rs 162.68 crore. In Q1 FY 2025–26, revenue stood at Rs 592.11 crore, while net profit was Rs 35.13 crore, reflecting robust demand in premium cookware despite some margin pressures.
